In April 2019, Our Yard appointed RCKa architects to conduct a feasibility study to explore the site's future potential.

This work was supplemented by Community Regen, working alongside RCKa and Our Yard, to produce a sustainable business case that reviews the existing local context and identifies future opportunities to develop Our Yard.

The aim of the feasibility study was to develop a strategy for bringing all of the farm outbuildings back into use and to support the local community to work towards a sustainable future. This study articulates a compelling and sustainable future vision for the farm. It was supported by a development grant from the GLA's Good Growth Fund.
